Gross monthly salary, accommodation on the staff floor, meals at the buffet, all paid through Greek payroll. Small deductions for accommodation and meals — covered in the contract.
No fixed checklist. Hospitality experience helps. English is essential, additional languages a plus. The bigger thing is fit — the property runs on people who can handle a busy season, work alongside each other for six months, and treat guests with the kind of warmth that's hard to fake.
